Solutions Architect (CRM)
£90K p/a - 1 day per week from London Office
Our London based Not-for-profit client have an immediate permanent requirement for a Solutions Architect with a background of CRM and Salesforce experience.
The Solutions Architect (CRM) will work closely with Architects, the Transformation Team, Product Managers, Delivery Teams, Engineering, Architects, Suppliers and wider business stakeholders, the Solutions Architect will translate strategic goals into coherent solution designs that align with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards and organisational strategy.
Key experience for the Solutions Architect (CRM)
- Strong experience as a Solutions Architect
- Solid understanding of CRM and ideally previous commercial Salesforce experience
- Expertise in cloud architecture across AWS and preferably also Azure.
- Hands-on experience designing integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, or Middleware.
- Solid understanding of CRM and ERP capabilities.
- Proven ability to work in, and support, agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to argue your case coherently and have your work scrutinised.
- Experience producing architecture artefacts, diagrams, and technical documentation.
