We're looking for an experienced Head of Organisational Development to lead the organisation's people development strategy. You'll be responsible for driving organisational change, learning and development, employee engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), leadership development and workforce planning.
This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with senior leaders to build a high-performing, engaged workforce that supports long-term organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Organisational Development, Learning & Development, EDI and Apprenticeship teams.
- Develop and deliver the organisation's people and organisational development strategy.
- Drive culture change, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
- Design and implement learning and development programmes that build organisational capability.
- Lead organisation design and workforce planning projects to support business transformation.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of OD initiatives.
- Use workforce data and insights to identify trends and improve organisational performance.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide expert advice on organisational development.
- Manage employee engagement surveys, action plans and communication.
