We’re looking for a Finance Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in how data and insight shape decision-making across our Finance directorate. You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality finance data products, turning complex information into actionable insight that improves financial performance, operational outcomes and the experience of our residents. This is a role for someone who combines strong financial expertise with a passion for analytics, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of finance-related data and analytics products that drive real business impact
- Using agile approaches to implement analytics solutions aligned with the organisation’s wider data strategy
- Developing compelling financial reports and dashboards using tools such as Dynamics 365 F&O and Power BI
- Analysing performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities, and implementing effective solutions
- Supporting operational teams with insightful, customer-focused financial analysis
- Working closely with Data, Analytics and Digital teams to enhance advanced analytics capability
- Building data literacy within the Finance team and supporting enterprise-wide analytics maturity
- Managing, developing and performance-managing staff to help them achieve their best
