We are now looking for an exceptional Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, leading and inspiring a high-performing brigade, shaping the restaurant's culinary direction, and delivering a commercially strong, best-in-class operation. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, driving performance through clear KPIs, and ensuring operational efficiency across all areas of the kitchen. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Labour forecast to ensure that targets are achieved.
