The Ivy Collection is a group of 62 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, including The Ivy Brasseries, The Ivy Asia, Harry's Restaurants, Brasserie of Light and the original The Ivy West Street, established in 1917. Our iconic restaurants are renowned for exceptional food, outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team.

This role will take ownership of management recruitment across a portfolio of restaurants throughout the North of England, Scotland and Ireland. Working closely with the Executive, Operations teams, and General Managers, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional leaders who will shape the future success of our restaurants. You'll also play a key role in supporting management and hourly recruitment for new restaurant openings, helping to build high-performing teams from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for management positions across your region.
  • Develop and deliver proactive recruitment strategies to attract exceptional hospitality talent.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Support management and hourly recruitment for new restaurant openings and expansion projects.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights, hiring advice, and recruitment best practices.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that position The Ivy Collection as an employer of choice.
  • Work closely with the wider People Team on attraction campaigns, recruitment events and talent projects.
  • Champion recruitment best practice across the business.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and key hiring metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Support the ongoing development of recruitment systems, tools and ways of working.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Previous hospitality recruitment experience is essential.
  • Proven success in recruiting management-level talent within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong sourcing, networking and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience working with recruitment systems.
  • Previous experience using Fourth and Talent Funnel would be preferable.
Region Covered

This role supports recruitment across a portfolio of restaurants located in Manchester, Harrogate, York, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Nottingham, Chester, Oxford, Cambridge, Norwich, Stratford-upon-Avon, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin, including both The Ivy and The Ivy Asia brands. Regular travel across the estate is an essential part of the role, and flexibility to travel is therefore required.
