Key elements of your role as Restaurant Administrator

  • Maintain office services including office operations and procedures, assigning and monitoring all administration functions
  • Have Fourth Hospitality programme knowledge and be able to check right to work, close employee rotas and maintain accurate employee files
  • Complete daily banking procedures as well as supporting and checking cash out
  • Ensuring all end of day reports are consistent and to company standards
  • Support the ordering of equipment, stationary, uniforms and crockery
  • Organise weekly stock takes and prepare invoices
  • Monitor the business occupancy tracker and help standardise operational procedures

About you

  • You have 2 year + experience in this position (or similar)
  • You have the experience and skills to oversee and support the entire front and back of house admin operation
  • You have strong IT skills
  • You have excellent English language skills
