We are searching for a charismatic team member to join our dynamic and supportive group as a Senior Receptionist in one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant.
  • Assisting the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development.
  • Supervising other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.

About you

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
