Key elements of your role:

You will oversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager. Bar Supervisor responsibilities include managing stock, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality. You will assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner. You will ensure customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity.

About you:

You have at least 1+ years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on your professional approach to service excellence and you are a real team player.
