Key elements of your role as Food Expeditor:
Serving as the crucial link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team to ensure that all dishes are prepared accurately, presented beautifully, and delivered promptly to guests. You are responsible for managing the flow of orders, maintaining clear communication between chefs and servers, and verifying that each plate meets the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards before it leaves the kitchen. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking, and the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
