We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator on a 3-month fixed-term contract to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and scheduling of meetings for the Sales & Marketing Director and team meetings.
  • Managing the marketing collection inbox, ensuring everything is actioned and followed up.
  • Managing ad-hoc queries on behalf of the team.
  • Updating assets and corporate presentations.
  • Monitor, respond & send out charity requests for all sites.
  • Check the restaurant online listings and update as necessary.
  • Updating Ivy Collection websites with menus/images & what’s on information.
  • Assist with social media.
  • Manage & monitor Ivy Collection drives & photography.
  • Competitor analysis for future openings.
  • Research national and international event calendars, updating ongoing documents.

Location: Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits.
