The Ivy Collection is a group of 61 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, including The Ivy Brasseries, The Ivy Asia, Harry’s Restaurants, Brasserie of Light, and the original The Ivy, established in 1917. Our iconic restaurants are celebrated for exceptional food, outstanding service, and unforgettable moments.
We are now looking for an IT Director to lead the next phase of our digital and systems evolution. This opportunity is ideally suited to an established Head of IT, Digital Systems Lead, or senior technology professional ready to take their first step into a Director-level role within a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality business.
The role
You will lead the strategy, optimisation, and performance of The Ivy Collection’s digital platforms and business systems, ensuring technology supports both operational excellence and commercial growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR and external partners, you will oversee key platforms including CRM systems, websites, mobile applications, integrations, and guest-facing technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the business technology and digital systems roadmap
- Drive improvements across CRM, digital platforms, integrations, and operational systems
- Manage system enhancements, project delivery, and third-party technology partners
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Lead cross-functional digital and systems projects from planning through to implementation
- Ensure strong governance, platform stability, and data integrity across the digital estate
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading IT, digital products, or business systems within a multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Experience with Salesforce, SevenRooms, or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery capability
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and confident operating in a fast-paced business
- Someone ready to step into a broader strategic leadership role with genuine business impact
