Harry's is where rustic charm meets culinary excellence, set amongst rich, dark wood interiors and inspired by the warmth of traditional Italian hospitality. We are now looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our team from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the restaurant, build and inspire a high-performing team, and establish a destination venue known for outstanding hospitality, operational excellence and commercial success. As General Manager, you will lead from the front, driving performance through exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results and a people-first leadership approach. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider support teams, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a best-in-class operation and bringing the Harry's experience to life in Glasgow.

- Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage their expectations.
- To have a great front-of-house presence, be a leader and inspire your team.
- Fully understand and be able to articulate the financial targets.
- Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability and manage cost controls effectively.
- To demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry.
- Identify business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- You have proven previous experience managing a large, structured team in a high-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- You'll lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and making sure morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times.
- You have the confidence to go the extra mile.

- You have excellent English language skills.
