Key elements of your role as Restaurant Administrator:
- Maintain office services including office operations and procedures, assigning and monitoring all administration functions.
- Have Fourth Hospitality programme knowledge and be able to check right to work, close employee rotas and maintain accurate employee files.
- Complete daily banking procedures as well as supporting and checking cash out.
- Ensuring all end of day reports are consistent and to company standards.
- Support the ordering of equipment, stationary, uniforms and crockery.
- Organise weekly stock takes and prepare invoices.
- Monitor the business occupancy tracker and help standardise operational procedures.
About you:
- You have 2 year + experience in this position (or similar).
- You have the experience and skills to oversee and support the entire front and back of house admin operation.
- You have strong IT skills.
- You have excellent English language skills.
