We are seeking a talented and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will work in a small team taking responsibility for preparing and serving delicious, high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed guests' expectations and set the tone for a great day.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a vast knowledge of Breakfast dishes and their components.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
- Early starts.
- Ability to work well using your own initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock their assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain correct prep levels to ensure full menu availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
- Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
