We are seeking a talented and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will work in a small team taking responsibility for preparing and serving delicious, high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed guests' expectations and set the tone for a great day.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a vast knowledge of Breakfast dishes and their components.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
  • Early starts.
  • Ability to work well using your own initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock your assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Maintain correct prep levels to ensure full menu availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
  • Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
