- You will oversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager.
- Bar Supervisor responsibilities include managing stock, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality.
- You will assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner.
- You will ensure customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity.
