Workshop Joiner

Ivy Resource Group is working with Cotswold Oak Joinery & Design, a high-end joinery specialist delivering bespoke projects for interior designers and architects across Worcestershire and surrounding counties.

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Joiner with experience in both internal (fitted furniture, kitchens) and external (windows, doors, staircases) joinery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company producing top-quality work for prestigious clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke fitted furniture, kitchens, windows, doors, and staircases

• Work on high-end projects for interior designers and architects

• Operate within the workshop in Honeybourne, Worcester

• Maintain exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years\’ experience in both internal and external joinery

• Strong practical skills and pride in producing quality workmanship

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings

• Team player with a strong work ethic

Package

• £15 – £16 per hour (DOE)

• 23 days holiday + bank holidays

• Full-time, permanent role
