Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Site Manager for a new build housing development in Solihull, West Midlands. The candidate must have NEW BUILD HOUSING EXPERIENCE and 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager, with SMSTS and First Aid tickets. References from relevant residential projects are required.
Salary is £270 per day with an immediate start (28th August) through to a six-day cover period. Standard hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, and PPE is required (hard hat, high vis, steel toe boots).
