Ivy Resource Group are working with a leading contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role based in Malvern.
You will be supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, colleges, universities and leisure centres.

Monitored project costs, cash flow, and profitability, implementing measures to maximise commercial performance.
Assessed and valued subcontractor applications, variations, and final accounts.
