Ivy Resource Group is seeking a reliable and hard-working Roofing Labourer to support experienced Roofers on maintenance works across live commercial retail stores. This is a full-time, permanent position with full training provided and excellent potential for long-term development in the roofing trade. Key Responsibilities: Assist Roofers with maintenance and repair work on commercial roofs Carry materials, prepare tools, and support safe working at height Learn to identify and work with various roofing systems including flat and pitched roofs Follow all health and safety procedures on live sites Support site cleanliness and material organisation Requirements: No prior roofing experience necessary – full training provided Positive attitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade Punctual, reliable, and capable of working outdoors in all weather Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential) Must be based locally – you will be picked up by the Roofer if required Benefits: £25,000 per annum 25 days holiday + bank holidays Training provided on tools, safety, and roofing systems 40-hour working week (no call outs) Long-term role with opportunities to progress Work limited to your local area (no extensive travel) This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in roofing and construction.
