Role: Lead the end-to-end management of high-quality PQQ, SQ, ITT and framework submissions across the public and private sectors.
Develop compelling, client-focused proposals that clearly communicate our clients capabilities, experience and value proposition.
Coordinate bid programmes, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Collaborate with pre-construction, estimating, operations and technical teams to gather information and develop winning bid content.
Write, edit and review technical and qualitative responses to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance with client requirements.
Manage the proposal library, maintaining up-to-date case studies, CVs, project information and supporting documentation.
Identify win themes and tailor proposals to align with client objectives and evaluation criteria.
