The Role:
- Assisting with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades on site.
- Monitoring construction progress against project programmes and schedules.
- Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards.
- Supporting the management of materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Helping to identify and resolve construction issues and delays.
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
