Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Small Works Site Manager for a permanent role within their Small Works division, based in Malvern. This role focuses on delivering small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects across a range of commercial environments, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations on small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
- Overseeing multiple small works packages where required
- Ensuring all health & safety, quality, and site compliance standards are met at all times
- Liaising closely with clients, project teams, and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Small Works Site Manager delivering refurb, fit-out, and installation projects
- Strong organisational, coordination, and leadership skills
- Experience working in live environments is advantageous
- Background in sectors such as commercial offices, education, healthcare, MOD, or leisure is desirable
- Stable career history demonstrating long‑term commitment
Salary & Package
- Up to £50,000 per annum
