Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Small Works Project Manager for a permanent role within their Small Works division, based in Malvern. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized refurbishment, fit-out, and installation projects, delivering high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role
- Full project management of small works projects from pre-start through to completion
- Planning, programming, and coordination of refurbishment, fit-out, and installation activities
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Overseeing multiple small works projects concurrently where required
- Monitoring project costs, programme, quality, and risk
- Liaising closely with clients, site teams, and senior management to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Small Works Project Manager delivering refurb, fit-out, or installation projects
- Experience working within live environments is advantageous
- Background delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, MOD, or leisure is desirable
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
Salary & Package
- Up to £80,000 per annum
