Ivy Resource Group are currently working with a well-established, family-run contractor who are looking to appoint a permanent Site Manager to join their team on residential projects in the Hathern area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for its supportive culture and more relaxed, personable working environment compared to larger PLC contractors.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations on residential developments
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high quality
- Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team
- Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Hands‐on, proactive, and quality‐driven approach
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
