Ivy Resource Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role based in Leominster. You will oversee the full contract lifecycle, draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage JCT agreements and variations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Work closely with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and senior management to mitigate commercial risk, maintain contract records and drive compliant procurement on high-value house-building projects.
