Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Site Manager for a new build housing project in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. You will manage day-to-day site duties and coordinate on-site operations to ensure timely progress and compliance.
Applicants must have 5 years of site management experience on housing developments, valid SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid, and be able to provide two relevant references. Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, paid 9 hours per day, at £30–£32 per hour.
