Grounds Maintenance Operative required for an immediate start in Stroud, Gloucestershire. This could be a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Tickets: CSCS card required and a full UK driving licence.
- PPE: Hard hat, high‑vis vest, steel‑toe cap boots.
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Grounds Maintenance Operative on construction projects. Experience with a hedge trimmer preferred.
- References: Must provide 2 recent work references.
Job responsibilities include:
- Commercial grass cutting
- Hedge cutting and tree work
- Fencing
- Slabbing
- Topsoiling
- Planting
Pay and Hours:
- £16.60 per hour.
- 8 hours paid per day, 40 hours per week.
- Pay is issued on Fridays.
- Working hours: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Monday‑Thursday; 6:30 am – 1:00 pm Friday.
Temporary to permanent role.
