Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager for a permanent role based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, working with renewable energy and solar projects.

The company: Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy company based in Gloucestershire, delivering innovative energy solutions for homes and businesses across the UK. Specialising in solar PV, heat pumps, insulation, EV charging and commercial renewable energy projects, the company is committed to making sustainable energy more accessible and affordable.

The Role:

  • Oversee projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage project finances, budgets, and cost control
  • Coordinate project scope, design, and programme delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of project finances, scope management, and programme coordination
  • Background in renewable energy and/or solar projects preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary & Package: Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + Package
