The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join the team based in Gloucester. The role will suit a proactive surveyor looking to work on a varied portfolio of projects while developing their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a range of building surveying services including condition surveys, defect analysis, and dilapidations
- Contract administration and project management duties from inception through to completion
- Preparation of specifications, schedules of work, and technical reports
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Managing works on site, ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in a consultancy or client-side role
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
- Full UK driving licence
