Ivy Resource Group are currently working with a well-established, family-run contractor who are looking to appoint a permanent Site Manager to join their team on residential projects in the Hathern area. The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations on residential developments
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high quality

- Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and quality-driven approach
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
