Contracts Manager - Painting & Decorating

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager for a leading Painting & Decorating Contractor, to join their company on a permanent basis in Oxford. The company: Our client works with many of the leading new build housing developers across the South East and West of England. They have just been awarded several new large contracts in Oxfordshire and as such, they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to help deliver these schemes. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple painting and decorating contracts on new build housing sites Coordinate with site managers, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly Oversee labour resources, ensuring sufficient workforce and performance standards are met Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management and clients Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites Attend site meetings and resolve any on-site issues promptly Manage materials ordering and delivery schedules Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Site Manager in the painting and decorating or wider construction industry Strong understanding of the new build housing sector Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Full UK driving licence CSCS card (Black/Gold card desirable) SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred Benefits & Salary: £52,000 per year Company vehicle and fuel card Annual bonus of £4000 per year How to apply: Submit your CV Call / Text / Whatsapp Conor on (phone number removed) for a confidential conversation.
