Construction Project Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a growing residential contractor to join their team on a permanent basis, managing high-spec residential projects across the West Midlands.\\n\\nThe company:\\n\\nOur client is a dynamic and fast-growing main contractor specialising in the delivery of high-quality residential apartment blocks and high-rise developments. With three live sites and a fourth due to commence, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to support their growth and maintain high delivery standards.\\n\\nThe role entails:\\n\\nOverseeing sub-contractors and managing day-to-day site operations\\n\\nSetting out using total station and laser levels\\n\\nWorking on high-spec residential schemes – typically 5-storey buildings and apartment blocks\\n\\nEnsuring smooth delivery across all phases including groundwork, superstructure, and internal packages\\n\\nTravelling to sites located in Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington, Banbury, and Birmingham\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nMinimum 5 years' experience in residential construction project management\\n\\nKnowledge of groundworks including drainage and piled foundations\\n\\nExperience with steel frame construction, SFS, dry lining, and fire protection\\n\\nDegree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management\\n\\nProven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure programme delivery\\n\\nCapable of setting out using surveying equipment (total station/laser level)\\n\\nBackground ideally with a main contractor on high-spec or high-rise residential builds\\n\\nBenefits & salary:\\n\\n£40,000 – £50,000 per annum \\n\\n21 days holiday + bank holidays\\n\\nPermanent position with immediate start available\\n\\nHours: 7:30am – 4:30pm\\n\\nFull site-based role – no work-from-home\\n\\nHow to apply:\\n\\nSubmit your CV\\nCall / Text / WhatsApp Robbie on (phone number removed) for a confidential conversation.\\n\\nIvy Resource Group are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
