What is required for the position?

  • Tickets: Valid SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness,
  • PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 2 years' experience working as a Project Manager on other projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references for relevant sites.

Job duties

Construction Project lead for a £3m scheme (Experienced Senior Site Manager or PM).

Experience in delivering £3-10m projects, specifically; student accommodation / HMOs, retrofit ideally but new build okay.

Experience in running /administrating a JCT Design & Build Contracts.

Proficient in ASTA Power projects SMSTS First Aid Asbestos awareness CSCS Ideally has temporary works coordinator certs but this isn't a deal breaker.

Tier 1 / 2 experience is desirable.

Minimum 10+ years in the role/similar role (SSM / PM).
