The predicted salary is between 37000 - 37000 £ per year.

Location: Northeast Essex (Multiple Locations) covering Colchester, Tendring and Harwich up to 3-4 times per week depending on venues. Base will be in the Northeast Essex area, Colchester or Clacton.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 9 months, 37.5 hrs per week (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)

Salary: £37,000 per annum pro rata

We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic Northeast Essex Recovery College Lead to shape and deliver high-quality learning experiences that promote mental health and wellbeing across the community. As the Recovery College Lead, you will take a central role in designing, coordinating, and delivering educational programmes that support recovery. You will work collaboratively with people with lived experience, families, carers, and professionals ensuring courses are inclusive, engaging, and impactful.
