Who We Are Looking For You should have recent experience of cooking for large numbers in a commercial setting.

You must have previously managed and motivated a catering team.

Youll have experience of providing food for people with special dietary requirements.

Wed like someone who is flexible, who can work alternate weekends.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

How Youll Make a Difference Youll be responsible for our residents meal experience and running the nursing homes kitchen.

Leading and supporting a team, you will: Designing a varied menu that reflects our residents tastes and supports their nutritional needs.

Ensuring mealtimes are always a high-quality experience.

Maintaining the highest food standards.

Supporting, training and directing the kitchen team Mentoring and motivating on quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Assisting the General Manager in developing and managing the budgetary, human and material resources within the department.
