The Ivy Learning Trust is a family of schools located in and around Enfield and Hertfordshire. The trust has grown from 2 schools in September 2017 to 17 schools today and we have ambitious plans for additional growth in the future.
As a consequence of this growth, we are seeking to appoint an IT Service Manager. A crucial role, responsible for supporting our Head of IT with all aspects of the IT infrastructure and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team leader to take the next step in their career.
With a focus on planning, providing excellent day to day IT support and ensuring reliable and secure IT systems for our schools, the ideal candidate will have undertaken qualifications like Comptia A+ or equivalent and possess at least one year of IT experience supporting education institutions across multiple sites. You will have already gained some leadership experience and enjoy developing, coaching and sharing your expertise with your team. A valid driving license and use of a car are essential.
