We are seeking a committed and flexible individual to fulfill a linked role as a Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisory Assistant. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and liaison skills, working closely with the class teacher and wider team to provide high-quality support across the classroom.
In addition, the role includes responsibilities as an MDSA, supporting children during lunchtime in both the dining hall and on the playground to help ensure a safe and positive environment. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and will receive close support and guidance from teachers and colleagues.
