- Support and be actively involved in pilot‑scale operations and scale‑up activities.
- Plan and execute complex experiments, documenting everything to a high standard.
- Transfer new technologies from R&D to pilot scale.
- Analyse data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or similar (Master’s a plus).
- 3 years’ industry experience in the operation of stainless‑steel pilot scale reactors.
- Hands‑on experience with bench‑scale reactors (pilot‑scale experience is a bonus).
- Knowledge of bioreactor control systems, PID loops, and process modes (batch, fed‑batch, perfusion).
- Strong data analysis and technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with GMP operating practices advantageous.
Why Join Us?
- At Ivy Farm, we value innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.
- You can expect a dynamic, inclusive environment.
- Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning.

- Company pension contribution.
- 5% Bonus Shares.
