About The Role
As the Director of Content Operations and Delivery, you’ll lead the strategic planning, execution, and operational management of our RNG, Live, and Table Games offerings. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of gaming content to our websites and applications, managing operational aspects of lobbies, overseeing cross-functional integration teams, and leading the Tech Ops team responsible for addressing live issues and supplier monitoring. Reporting to the Global Gaming Director, you will be part of the Product and Technology team who are responsible for the management and customer experience within our 'shop window' for all of our websites. What you will do
- Collaborate with the Head of RNG and Live Casino to execute the content roadmap for RNG, Live, and Table Games, taking their plans and working with suppliers and your delivery teams to configure, test and release the games in multiple regulatory regions, ensuring all games meet the requirements of each local market.
- Lead the automation and streamlining of as much of the process and manual overheads as possible, ensuring that as we continue to add more Brands, Markets and FE Applications that the teams can scale to cover it.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of gaming lobbies, ensuring this team partners with Commercial Lobby Managers to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience for players.
- Manage the dedicated Kanban integration teams responsible for specific super regions, ensuring efficient delivery and integration of gaming content.
- Lead the Tech Ops team, responsible for managing live issues, downtimes, game disabling, win verifications, and RTP monitoring.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and Gaming Team stakeholders, providing updates on content delivery, operational performance, and issue resolution.
Who you are
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the online gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of RNG, Live, and Table Games, as well as the technical aspects of content delivery and integrations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and leading operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating with diverse and remote teams in multiple locations and time zones.
