About the role

You would be taking charge of our Ivy Lodge service, which is located in Thurnscoe and caters to 10 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. We are offering a competitive salary of circa £44,500 dependant on experience, and the working hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 with a 30-minute unpaid break. You would also join the on-call rota so a driving licence and car are essential.

  • A resilient, determined and confident leader with a proven history of delivering exceptional care and success for people with learning disabilities in a CQC regulated environment.
  • A person-centred manager who is dedicated to improving the quality of life and driving positive outcomes for the people we support and creating a nurturing home environment where our residents feel safe and supported.
  • An inspiring leader who can build and develop the staff team to be the best versions of themselves and in turn deliver the best possible standard and quality of care and support.
  • NVQ Level 5 qualified in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have experience and understanding of DOLS, mental capacity act, safeguarding and CQC regulations.
