We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, driving new enterprise pipeline for Monte Carlo. You'll partner closely with an Account Executive to identify, engage, and book meetings with key decision-makers across enterprise accounts. In addition to generating qualified opportunities, you'll help refine our enterprise outbound playbook by collaborating with Marketing to test messaging, share feedback from the field, and support joint pipeline goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and is motivated to help build something from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting and creative outreach to key decision-makers.
- Partner closely with an Account Executive to execute consultative sales strategies and generate qualified opportunities.
- Triage and follow up on inbound leads based on ICP criteria to convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to test messaging and refine the enterprise outbound playbook.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role or a highly process-oriented environment.
- Experience supporting complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success operating in an early-stage or highly ambiguous environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action, high accountability, and comfort finding answers when they don't yet exist.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, maintain discipline on high-impact work, and move with speed and urgency.
- High integrity, comfort owning mistakes, and a customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering value.
