IVOXX is recruiting an experienced maintenance engineer to join a highly reputable food manufacturing business. The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production operations, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Attending machinery breakdowns to minimise production downtime
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production and freezer equipment
- Diagnosing faults and completing mechanical repairs
- Working closely with production teams to maintain output and efficiency
- Completing maintenance inspections and accurately updating equipment records
- Supporting continuous improvement of machinery performance, reliability, and production flow
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced maintenance engineer with strong technical knowledge and high standards.
Essential requirements:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
- Proven maintenance engineering experience within food manufacturing
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2382-22
- ECS/JIB Gold Card Electrician
- Confident working on control panels, motors, drives and production equipment
- High hygiene standards with excellent attention to detail
- LOTO / Permit to Work experience
What's on Offer:
- Β£35,000 - Β£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:15
- Permanent, full-time position
