IVOXX is recruiting a Quality / GMP Operative to join a well-established food production business with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and team culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food quality or GMP to secure a long-term role within a stable and supportive environment.
The Role
You will support day-to-day quality and hygiene standards across production, ensuring products consistently meet required specifications and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out GMP and quality checks throughout production processes
- Collecting and testing product samples to ensure standards are met
- Conducting hygiene audits and supporting compliance requirements
- Providing training and guidance to production staff where required
- Printing, checking, and verifying labels for accuracy and compliance
- Working within a temperature-controlled environment (8-11°C)
About You
This role would suit someone with previous quality or GMP exposure within food production, or someone keen to develop within a quality-focused role.
Essential / desirable experience:
- Experience in Quality or GMP within a food manufacturing environment (training provided for the right candidate)
- Background in food quality, quality coordination, or GMP compliance are ideal
- Food science or related qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
