A vacancy has arisen within our busy market leading warranty team for a Powertrain Aftersales Advisor who comes from an automotive warranty/service environment.
Key responsibilities will be to:- Take control of and process warranty claims from start to finish;
- Provide outstanding customer service;
- Provide information and advice to customers and suppliers;
- Create warranty reports and supply replacement products.
- Good technical knowledge of engines, gearboxes and turbos - a vehicle mechanic background would be advantageous;
- Extremely high attention to detail;
- Previous automotive industry experience;
- A positive proactive attitude and display an ability to identify solutions to problems.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:30 with a 20 minute morning break and a 30 minute lunch break (45 hour working week).
