Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Midlands, England (Travelling across the region)

The Role
We\’re seeking a strategic and people-focused Lead HR Business Partner to join our People team. You’ll work closely with Operational Directors to drive colleague engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development—using data, insight, and care to help our people thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategy and performance
- Use data to support decisions on engagement, retention, and wellbeing
- Champion inclusive and fair working practices
- Lead on succession planning and leadership development
- Gather colleague feedback and turn insight into action
- Support local wellbeing initiatives and drive engagement
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a People Partnering role
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Ability to travel across the region
- Experience in the Health & Social Care sector
