Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation of Strive across our services – our positive support model.
  • Supervising and supporting our PBS Practitioners.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve the experience of the people we support and our colleagues.
  • Delivering Active Support and PBS training and monitoring the outcome and impact of this.
  • Providing high quality best practice approaches to support the achievement of person centred goals for the people we support.
  • Working with services to reduce the use of restrictive practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support.
  • BCBA or UKBA(cert).
  • Registration with UK‑SBA (or willingness to register).

Experience

  • At least 1 year experience working in social care.
  • Skilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concern.
  • Familiarity with working with multi‑disciplinary teams and balancing the differing views of stakeholders.
