About the Service
Agbrigg is an 8-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and Down syndrome. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going bowling, playing sports, going to the cinema and karaoke, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading and coordinating a team to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care. You’ll support the manager and act as a role model, always ensuring best practice and a positive team culture. You’ll:
- Promote independence and help individuals achieve personal goals
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
- Support with care planning, risk assessments and compliance
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Monitor quality, safety and regulatory standards
