Hours: Full-time - 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

About the Service

Green Lane Beeston SL is an 8-bed supported living service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including holding garden events, playing games, going for walks and community outings, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way. You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

  • Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
  • NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
