Location: Horley, Surrey, RH6 8SH

Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Gower Road is a 3-bed supported living service supporting male adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, social events and walking helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

  • Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
  • NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
  • NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
